Principal's Message

Hello Lions,
 
We are almost at the end of 1st semester; it is important that students continue to finish strong academically. Progress grade reports have been mailed home, and it is imperative that all students and parents use that information to monitor progress in each class.  Please continue to monitor Canvas and communicate with teachers and counselors if you have any concerns.
 
I encourage students to take advantage of our tutoring center, open Monday – Thursday, after school until 4:30 PM in the library, along with the many tutoring opportunities our teachers provide. Parents, please continue to help students by reviewing their progress each day and by ensuring their homework is complete.  
 
Finals will be held Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, December 17th-19th (these are minimum days).  All students should begin preparing for finals each night by reviewing the content they have learned.

JUST A REMINDER that when we return in January, we will begin our new cell phone policy where students will be expected to place their cell phone in designated classroom spaces during class time.
