Principal's Message

Lions,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! It is with immense pride and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Alta Loma High School. I’m thrilled to join this vibrant community and to lead us into an exciting year filled with opportunity, growth, and purpose.
This year, we proudly embrace the theme "Run Towards the Roar." This powerful message challenges us all—students, staff, and families alike—to face challenges head-on, push through uncertainty, and courageously chase our dreams. At Alta Loma, we are not just walking toward our goals, we are running towards them, together!
We are especially excited to welcome our inaugural freshman class of Lions—the Class of 2029! This is a truly historic year for our campus. Freshmen, we are dedicated to making your first year of high school supportive, safe, engaging, and academically enriched. You are the foundation of a new legacy, and we can’t wait to see all that you will accomplish.
Key Dates and Information:
• Schedule Pick-Up: July 21st through July 23rd Be sure to look for your summer mailer in the mail by July 16. It contains important documents and forms that need to be completed and brought with you on your scheduled pick-up day. Freshman families, we invite you to attend our Lion Parent Meeting on the same day as your student’s schedule, pick-up—a chance to learn how to best support your student’s academic journey.
• First Day of School: August 6th We’re kicking off the year with a Welcome Back Rally—a high-energy celebration to set the tone for the amazing year ahead!
• Back to School Night: August 11th at 5:45 PM This will be a wonderful opportunity for families to meet our educators and see how we are making the Alta Loma experience enriching and inclusive.
We’re proud to be newly rebranded, but our heart remains the same—Alta Loma High School is still a place where "All Students Belong." I encourage every family to stay engaged this year. Your partnership is vital to our students’ success, and we invite you to contact Dr. Adam Stites, AP of Achievement, for parent involvement opportunities.
